Download the Sajilo app, sign up, enter your destination, and choose your ride option. A nearby driver will be assigned to pick you up.

Sajilo is now available within Valley, but very soon, we plan to expand our services across Nepal.

Yes, Sajilo provides insurance coverage for passengers. However, drivers must ensure their vehicle has a valid third-party insurance policy.

You can pay by cash, in-app wallet, Khalti, or other supported digital payment methods. The app will display the total fare after completing your ride.

If your driver cancels the ride, you will be notified, and you can rebook through the app.

Sajilo is always innovating to enhance your experience. Our latest feature, offline booking, ensures you can book a ride even without internet access. If the app detects no internet connection, it will provide an option for manual booking. This feature redirects you to your phone’s dialer, where you can quickly contact Sajilo Support to book your ride hassle-free. Convenience, even when you’re offline!
